Help us pay our respects to the memory of late President John Stone while cleaning up the Harry Day Preserve with a Weekend of Service! Bring your own gloves and tools (safety gear, rakes, shovels, etc.) and visit the newly installed John Stone memorial bench. A place to rest, reflect, and remember.

About the Event
Help us pay our respects to the memory of late President John Stone while cleaning up the Harry Day Preserve! Bring your own gloves and tools (safety gear, rakes, shovels, etc.) and provide a little care to the earth with us. Join us on Saturday at 11am, on Sunday at 10am, or come both days!
On September 5, the SLCT unveiled the John Stone memorial bench, overlooking the water in the Harry Day Preserve. A place to rest, reflect, and remember. Next weekend we come together as a community to honor his work and memory. SLCT Interim President Marina Pia DeLuca will be leading this meaningful community event.
We'll meet at 10am at the entrance to Harry Day Preserve, and head into the SLCT’s newest preserve from there. Parking is available at Newman Mills Park for those with permits, and on Fawnfield Road (¼ mile south of the preserve entrance) with no…
